In particular, the "Evripidou 7" building of Kalamata Mediterranean Suites & Villas is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Kalamata, close to both the center and the local beach, adjacent to the large central park of Kalamata (Railway Park), next to the pedestrian/bike path that runs from north to south of the city and just next to the municipal swimming pool.
The building "Evripidou 7" of Kalamata Mediterranean Suites & Villas, has been designed by A&K Architects. It was recently built (May 2023) with modern urban decoration in the style of Athenian modernism and with a special emphasis on sustainability, energy saving and environmental protection.
